Thermal camera
An Infra-red camera (InfraTec) used for thermal imaging of ice crystallization in frozen foods. The camera has thermal resolution of 0.03 oC and spatial resolution of 8 micrometers. A cold stage, placed below the camera, is used for sample temperature control.
